Experimental application to serve citizens and visitorsThis application was created to allow the citizens and visitors of the holy city of Karbala an open channel of communication with the various government agencies in the governorate to deliver the voice of citizens and visitors through the application to all government departments.The application enables them to write down their requests, complaints and observations on government services provided in the city and according to the government sector, and send them to the concerned authority with the possibility of supporting them with image, sound and geographical location, and receive responses and comments on the submitted application and follow up on its status.
